Abstract: G12V190ZLDT gas engine adopts the latest control concept and control device as well as the closed-loop electric control system with the ability for lean combustion. It is characterized for high intelligence, low heat consumption, good reliability, low emission and long service life. With the power output ranging from 550kW to 800kW, it can meet the demand for mobile and fixed power generation and compressors. The technical indexes reached the world’s advanced level. It filled the blank in China’s closed-loop electric control gas engine. Innovations have been made in a series of key technologies, such as air fuel ratio closed-loop control, lean combustion, and highenergy intelligent digital ignition system. G12V190ZLDT gas engine mainly uses natural gas and is also suitable for low pressure resources like bio-gas and coal gas. It has a high adaptability for variable concentration gas tools.

摘要： G12V190ZLDT 燃气发动机运用先进控制策略和控制设备, 采用先进的闭环电控技术, 实现稀薄燃烧, 具 有高智能化、热耗低、可靠性好、低排放、长寿命的特点, 可满足功率550~800kW 范围的移动和固定发电用动力、配 套压缩机动力等各种燃气发动机的市场需求, 技术指标达到国际先进水平, 填补了国产闭环电控燃气发动机的空白, 在空燃比闭环控制、稀薄燃烧、高能量智能化数字式点火等关键技术上取得创新。本系列机型以天然气为主, 同时兼 顾沼气、煤气等低压燃气的用途, 对可变浓度燃气具有极强的适应性能。
